Authorship Changes

Changes to Authorship After Submission
SEIJOM follows ethical authorship practices in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.

Requests to add or remove an author after submission must be accompanied by a letter signed by all co-authors, clearly stating the reason for the change and confirming agreement. The letter should be uploaded as a supplementary file during submission or revision.
