Governance & Editorial Independence

At the Seisense Journal of Management (SEIJOM), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and academic independence. To ensure full compliance with international publishing ethics (COPE, DOAJ, Scopus), SEIJOM clearly separates publishing responsibilities from editorial decision-making.

Editorial Independence Statement

SEIJOM follows the principles of editorial independence:

  • All editorial decisions (review process, acceptance, rejection) are made by the editorial board without interference from the publisher.
  • The publisher’s role is limited to providing infrastructure, production, and distribution.
  • The editorial board ensures fairness, transparency, and academic rigor in all published content.
  • This governance model safeguards academic freedom, ensures trustworthiness of research, and aligns SEIJOM with the best practices of international scholarly publishing.
